THE LIABILITY OF A PLUS MESSENGER SERVICES SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN $100 PER SHIPMENT, whether consisting of one or more packages unless a greater value is declared at the time of booking and additional insurance is purchased. All packages are insured for $100 at no charge. At the client’s request, additional insurance may be purchased at the rate of $20 per $1000. A PLUS MESSENGER SERVICES will not be liable for items of extraordinary value including, but not limited to jewelry, furs, works of art and negotiable securities, unless such items are declared at the time of shipment and are specifically enumerated. All claims regarding loss or damage of any kind must be submitted in writing to A PLUS MESSENGER SERVICES within 48 hours of delivery of shipment. Receipt of the shipment by the recipient without written notice of loss or damage shall be prime face evidence that the shipment had been delivered in good condition. In claims made for damage discovered after the delivery, the shipper must make the original shipping carton and packing material available for inspection by A PLUS MESSENGER SERVICES.
